It is Low-sugar and butter recipe, use the best French Cocoa Powder and Crunchy Cocoa Balls from Valrhona which is 100% cocoa.

Our cakes are mainly butter cake which is more heavier, moist and velvety in texture when
comparing to pound cakes and sponge cakes that are available at most local bakeries.

Please note that as the colour is hand mixed, it is very likely that the colour and look of the cake vary
slightly from the reference picture.

Storage

  1. Best serving within 2-3 days, our butter cream cake is supposed to be consumed at room temperature. They can be stored in indoor air-conditioned room overnight.
  2. If you wish to store the butter cream cake in fridge, please store it in the cake box. Before consumption, please leave it (also inside the box) in indoor air-conditioned room for at least 1 hour.
