It’s our signature balloon cake featuring with a simple and classic caramel dripping.
We hand made the balloons with fondant and we decorated the cakes
with seasonal fruits, edible flowers imported from France every week so the cake wouldn’t
look exactly the same every time but will be in a similar style.
About the flavour, it starts from the Home-made Caramel dripping.
It is the classy vanilla cake batter mixed with chocolate batter, filling the creamy Chocolate Jelly plus the Crunchy Cocoa Balls, a layer of home-made Caramel is invisible in eyes but you can definitely tasted it.
It is Low-sugar and butter recipe, use the best French Cocoa Powder and Crunchy Cocoa Balls from Valrhona which is 100% cocoa.

Best serving within 2-3 days, placing in room temperature would be suggested if you are having at
the pick up day. You may keep in fridge but place back in room temperature before serving it half hour,
it always taste better as it’s butter cake.
