Cake Flavours and Fillings

We have the best 6 mouth-watering flavour layered cake combinations that are sure to please everyone’s plate.

All of our cakes are butter-base cake which are more moist and velvety in texture when comparing to pound cakes and sponge cakes that are available at most local bakeries. We use French buttercream and fruit preserved as fillings, all cakes are meant to be kept in room temperature, fresh fruits and fresh whipped cream are, therefore, not suitable as filings.

French Butter Cream 
The frosting we use for frosting the cakes and making the flowers is a silky vanilla French buttercream. Our recipe has a much lower sugar content than other buttercreams, which makes our cakes less sweet and more flavour-driven.

Cake Size and Servings
Our smallest cake size is 4″ in diameters, standard cake tiers will be 4’ tall.
